Bleeding during or after intercourse along with swollen vagina could be suggestive of injury, infection, cervical polyps, uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, endometriosis etc. You should consider visiting your gynecologist for examination to look for the exact cause and start you on definitive treatment if needed. If infection is detected to be the cause, get your partner also treated simultaneously to prevent re-infection.
